What you can expect from WageDayAdvance

Good customer service and responsible lending

You can expect good customer service. WageDayAdvance believes in putting customers at the heart of what we do. As a responsible lender we will assess your creditworthiness and only lend loan amounts that we believe you can afford to repay.

For new customers we carry out a full credit check. We will only lend you an amount of credit that we are reasonably satisfied you will be able to repay, including any charges on your next pay day. The loan we offer you is designed to meet your needs and is only granted when an assessment of the affordability of your financial situation has been undertaken.

Transparency

We aim to ensure that your loan is explained in full, highlighting the risks as well as benefits in an open and transparent manner so that you are fully aware of the terms of your credit. We operate a transparent, fixed charging policy so there are no hidden fees or charges.

The charges we state on our product pages and within our communications are the only charges that you will incur during the term of your loan.

We will always give you reasonable notice of any changes in policy that may affect your loan.
